If you ever need your lawnmower fixed, and no one else can fix it, take it to them. They will not give up until they have it fixed no matter what. It was an intermittent problem, the engine was dying on a zero turn ExMark lawnmower after running fine for 15 to 30 minutes. Russ is an excellent Mechanic finally figured out the problem was and Chris kept providing me status. Benjamin also helped me a lot and he has a very positive attitude. I can’t thank these guys enough. I will definitely buy my next lawnmower from them. Cliff

It was the first time ever stopping by. The staff was awesome and hilarious. Helped me with everything I needed. Super informative, honest. and helpful. They lost it when we looked up the price of an old Honda part. Needless tonsay we didnt order it. Bought a new mower instead. Theu just earned a new customer.

I thought they had a great service and bought equipment from them, but apparently that’s not correct. I live about 30 minutes from there and we lost our equipment key, so we called and told them we would be there about 11:20 am and saw that they closed at 11:30 am and they said it will be fine by 11:20 am which it wasn’t and they were there but the laude just came out and yelled at me that they were closed already, like 10 minutes before the time they announce and I told her that I saw a post that it was at 11:30 am and she said “oh yeah no, we are already closed”. So… take that into consideration 😂

Friendliness of Staff: Great! Customer Service Communication: Very poor, I have called twice in order to have this issue addressed and haven't received a call back. Speed of service: Didn't complete service in quoted time frame Price: $125 per labor hour. Reasonable Quality of Service: See pics. Brought mower in due to "not cutting evenly". Requested total inspection while they had it in the shop for the cutting issue. 5 weeks and $450 later and the mower has the same EXACT issue as when I brought it in. If you are looking to have parts replaced, perhaps this shop is a good fit. If you are looking for a company to stand by their work, look elsewhere.

Wow! The fantastic energy and vibe started out over the phone with Kevin about parts I might need for my chainsaws. This was the friendliest service I've ever had at an "outdoor power " establishment. Everyone was happy and genuinely wanted to help. Trust me on this... I've hit 3 others and realized that service + knowledge + the willingness to go above is what you call stellar customer service! A true 5⭐️ testament .
